Provision a remote project and bind this workspace to it.

once connect [OPTIONS]Description#
Resolves an infrastructure provider by name, asks it to create or select a project, and records the provider binding in the root once.toml under [infrastructures.<name>] plus [infrastructure.cache]. Provider protocol details stay behind the provider, so a project is provisioned without coupling Once to any one host.
